  Fair Use and Open Educational Resources (OER) - Creating and Adapting OER Using the Code of Best Practices in Fair Use Join PIJIP and Open RN on March 11, 2022 at 12:00 pm CST for a webinar covering the relationship between Creative Commons licensed material, public domain material, and inserts that rely on fair use in OER.  We will also introduce the Code of Best Practices in Fair Use, a framework for understanding when and how OER creators can rely on fair use.
